Service Description

This is a single class NOT a monthly option. This class will focus on improving the flexibility, strength & range of motion in the back. Aiming to make sure dancers are well equipped to perform and execute acrobatics tricks and tumbling. Gymnastics/Acrobatics requires significant amount of flexibility, strength and mobility, which makes it a primary area of training. It is crucial that proper methods are used to reduce joint stress. Consistency over intensity is a key concept to this weekly class.
